Shipping takes about 5-7 business days.

Due to efforts on trying to ensure you get your products as soon as possible , we are unable to cancel or modify your order

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery. The Hair Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as addresses that are incorrect. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you.

All orders are Final . No refund or exchanges of any kind.

Once the processing time is up , you’ll receive a tracking number via email and you can track it from there.
